Terms and Conditions for Selling MLOs
Scope These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the sale of MLOs (Map Location Objects) via the Tebex platform. By purchasing an MLO, the buyer agrees to these T&C.
No Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the product (MLO), there is no option for returns or refunds. All sales are final. A refund will only be issued if the product has technical issues that cannot be resolved.
Liability The seller is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the MLO, including but not limited to incompatibilities with other modifications, software bugs, or server issues.
Usage of the MLO The buyer may only use the MLO for personal use on a FiveM server. Reselling, distributing, or modifying the MLO without the express permission of the seller is strictly prohibited.
License By purchasing the MLO, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MLO on a FiveM server. No ownership rights are transferred.
