1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) regeln den Verkauf von MLOs (Map Location Objects) auf der Plattform Tebex. Durch den Kauf eines MLOs stimmen die Käufer diesen AGB zu.

2. Rückgaberecht
Aufgrund der digitalen Natur des Produkts (MLO) gibt es keine Rückgabe- oder Erstattungsoption. Alle Verkäufe sind endgültig, und es wird keine Rückerstattung gewährt, es sei denn, das Produkt weist technische Mängel auf, die nicht behoben werden können.

3. Haftung
Der Verkäufer haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung des MLOs entstehen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf, Inkompatibilitäten mit anderen Modifikationen, Softwarefehlern oder Serverproblemen.

4. Nutzung des MLOs
Der Käufer darf das MLO nur für den eigenen Gebrauch auf einem FiveM-Server verwenden und nicht ohne die ausdrückliche Zustimmung des Verkäufers weiterverkaufen, verbreiten oder modifizieren.

5. Lizenz
Mit dem Kauf des MLOs erhält der Käufer eine nicht-exklusive, nicht-übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung des MLOs auf einem FiveM-Server.

6. Geistiges Eigentum
Alle Rechte an den MLOs verbleiben beim Verkäufer. Der Käufer erhält lediglich eine Lizenz zur Nutzung des MLOs und erwirbt keine Eigentumsrechte.

7. Änderungen
Der Verkäufer behält sich das Recht vor, die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Änderungen treten mit ihrer Veröffentlichung auf der Plattform in Kraft.

Terms and Conditions for Selling MLOs

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the sale of MLOs (Map Location Objects) on the Tebex platform. By purchasing an MLO, buyers agree to these T&C.

2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product (MLO), there is no return or refund option. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the product has technical issues that cannot be resolved.

3. Liability
The seller is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the MLO, including but not limited to incompatibilities with other modifications, software bugs, or server issues.

4. Usage of the MLO
The buyer may only use the MLO for personal use on a FiveM server and may not resell, distribute, or modify it without the express permission of the seller.

5. License
By purchasing the MLO, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MLO on a FiveM server.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the MLOs remain with the seller. The buyer receives only a license to use the MLO and does not acquire any ownership rights.

7. Changes
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the platform.
