Common questions and fixes.
My old loading screen still shows.
Another resource uses loadscreen. Stop it and reconnect fully.
There is no music.
Watch the thin line under the song title. If it moves, the song plays. Then check the Windows volume mixer for a muted "FiveM" or "Chromium" entry. If it does not move, check the path in tracks and click once into the screen.
The screen never closes.
Check Config.Close.trigger. It always closes after Config.Close.maxTime.
With esx_multicharacter the loading screen closes before the character selection.
This is expected. The character selection closes the loading screen by itself.
The video stays black.
Use webm (VP9) or mp4 (H.264) and check the path. If the file is missing, the fallback image stays visible.
The social buttons do not open a link.
A loading screen cannot open a browser. A click copies the link.
A tab in the info panel is missing.
The tab is turned off or its list is empty.
My changes do not show up.
Restart the resource or the server and reconnect fully. A restart alone does not help players who are already in the game.
